Dental Vacuum Producers

DentalVac systems are high performance centrifugal dry vacuum systems that provide continuous suction while moving a large volume of air. DentalVac systems are designed to maximize vacuum performance while minimizing energy consumption. This cost effective model benefits large dental groups, hospitals and dental schools. Air flows ranging 20 scfm to 3,000 scfm at 7 to 12 inches of mercury.

Centrifugal Exhausters Motor

Extremely durable TEFC cast iron or ODP drive motor is aligned at the factory for vibration-free operation. The turbine blower section does not require disassembly to service motor. Single phase motors are available. 18-month, no fault warranty on motor.

Bearing Fan

Bearing fan on each bearing for superior heat dissipation and extended bearing life.

Coupling

Heavy duty rubber drive coupling is aligned at the factory for vibration-free operation. Turbine blower section does not require disassembly to service motor.

Aluminum Head Casting

Turbine blower casing is housed between two 1/2” thick 356 alloy aluminum head castings for strength and durability. Inlet and outlet openings are directional controlled to accelerate inlet and outlet air for superior performance.
